Lynn Brice Rosen
has an extensive dance background,  a BFA in ballet,
and a lifetime involved in movement and theater. From a young age she

studied ballet, and developed an intimate knowledge of the physical difficulties and emotional demands placed on performers.

As a young dancer, she experienced the effect of her habitual patterns on those demands. Due to undiagnosed vision processing issues she had developed a habit of moving her head as though the joint was at the bottom of her neck instead of at the top of her spine.

Whether she was involved in something exciting, or physically difficult,
the habit took over:  her upper spine collapsed  and the weight of
her skull was thrust forward,   instead of balancing  on the top  of
her spine.  Activities and emotional reactions  were  never  supported
by the entirety of her body, and she was unable to experience
herself accurately in space
